Rental Application

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE RENTAL SUITE:

Its a house in townsite. The house has:
- A 1 brm suite on the upper floor, that has its own back entrance and own back deck all separate to the main house. You only share the back gate
- A 2 brm suite on the main level of the house
- A basement that is currently being renovated to be a 2 bedroom suite with its own entrance out the back of the house. We are unsure when we will start work on it again to complete the renovation, but when ever we do (maybe next summer), we will only be working on it Mon-Fri 9-5 hours
The 2 brm suite that is for rent:
- Has an updated kitchen and general updated feel in the suite compared to most Kimberley old houses
- Has patio doors that lead to a large fenced yard that is exclusive use to just the 2 brm suite. The yard also has raised garden beds you are welcome to use
- It has a raised deck area also
- There is parking for 2 x vehicles
- There is storage for outdoor gear for approx 2 x bikes and a shelving unit for extra gear
- It has a wood stove
- Pets are negotiable
- Rent is $1950 plus utilities that are average $100/month for heating (Fortis BC), $35/month for BC Hydro, and $50/month for wifi (higher end plan that is shared with upstairs suite as they also pay $50).
